Joshua B. Perez
Joshua Perez has worked on behalf of lenders, purchasers, and sellers of both residential and commercial real estate. Joshua has defended hundreds of tenants, developing a mastery of Fla. Stat. 83, the law controlling landlord/tenant disputes. He has also prosecuted numerous commercial evictions and drafted leases for a range of businesses (from equestrian centers to luxury office spaces). Joshua continued his passion for real estate by working as a boutique attorney for private investors, where he handled multimillion dollar foreclosures and litigated a full range of property-based disputes. Joshua now brings all those skills to Slusher & Rosenblum, PA, where he will earnestly defend or put forward the rights of those in need.
