Mahra Sarofsky

Mahra Sarofsky is an experienced litigation attorney with a transactional background and extensive creditor’s rights experience. She has represented clients in the areas of real estate and finance litigation, bankruptcy litigation, title resolution and general contract disputes. Ms. Sarofsky was raised and educated on Long Island in New York and relocated to Florida shortly after completing her studies at Hofstra University School of law where she was the recipient of the Eugene M. Wypyski Full-Tuition Scholarship and served as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Since graduating law school, Ms. Sarofsky has worked for both medium and large firms in Broward and Miami-Dade, as well as having served as in-house counsel to a private equity company in Boca Raton.
