Martin Kofsky earned his J.D. in 1992 from St. Thomas University School of Law where he was valedictorian of his law school class. He earned his M.H.A. from Florida International University, with honors, in 1985 and his B.A. from Long Island University in 1982. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kofsky worked in health care administration.
Mr. Kofsky is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Kofsky practices in a number of areas, with one of his main areas of concentration being family law. He serves of the Florida Bar Family Law Rules Committee. Mr. Kofsky also has experience trying business and other matters. As such, he serves as an Executive Member of the American Bar Association Trial Practice & Techniques Committee. He is also the author of the “Ask My Advice,” a Family Law column that appears from time to time in local newspapers.« Back to Attorneys Page
